Online store - Got a wrong and worst quality product not able to find the online link of the online shopping

I have ordered a cargo pants in an online store through instagram. I am not able to open the link now. The package has the right order details saying * cargo pants but when I saw the received product there are * stuffs (a shirt and jean) without any tag with a worst quality. The ecom express surface tracking ID is ***********. I have made a COD payment of the delivery person using gpay, the gpay number ********** (abishek). I would like to get the refund and collect the product from me for the return.
