Hp Printer - wrong package delivered

i had ordered a catridge for my Hp printer M-**** whilst i was in conversation with one of their staff as regards to my other issue of printer. where i had given him the name of my printer however he sent a wrong cartridge of other printer. this was on **.**.****. and i came to know it is wrong cartridge when their Goa personnel came to repair my printer.
So i immediately contacted back their help desk and one Syed Shahwar said she will inform what to do and she nearly took ** days and then stopped answering my call.
So i again mailed back that i want the cartridge to be taken back and refund of money. wherein another personnel took photographs from me of the cartridge and on one fine day informed me that my complaint cannot be considered s already one month had passed.
So i again contacted them that i was in touch with one Syed Shahwar however she didnot take the matter in right prospect.
