I had purchased a printer from local HP Dealer in March **** but past ** months we have called service engineer more then *-* times since my printer is not working properly . Everytimes he comes and repairs the printer & it works ok for * month then again the same problem is there . We request the company to replace the printer as it has a manufacturing problem . My current case number ********** Service Order No. BNJM*****-**
