Hp Printer - Received a wrong Product

I bought a printer from amazon hp *** all in one printer. i got it delivered on *rd of september. It was received by my father as i was out of station. I returned back on *th & as i unboxed the box i saw it wasn't the printer i ordered & unfortunately the return window was expired. i received hp deskjet **** printer which is totally not of my use. I even tried a replacement request which didn't work. Please help me out for the same. I have trying for replacement or refund since last * days. please i request you to help me. Image have been attached. The printer i ordered was of Rs****/- & the seller Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd have sent me a product hp deskjret **** of worth Rs****/-. please help me out regarding it. I'm really fed up with Amazon's silly issues.
