Arun Mozhi Manickam filed complaint against Swiggy on Dec 28, 2020
Yesterday, I had ordered for food for my guests at Chai Galli through Swiggy, but I was delivered totally different order from Belgian Waffle. The same was delivered to my security of the apartment. when I went to pick it up, I realised it as wrong order and complained to online chat by sending them the photo. When I again called the customer service, they wouldn't resend my food, but all they could do is cancel. The cancel also only if I open the food package and send them whats inside each packet. I felt threatened and intimidated to get my money back. Why do I have be victimised for their fault ... They haven't paid the money back yet ....
