Swiggy - Wrong Order Delivered without bill swiggy says its restaurant responsibility

This is with regards to My order ************

Issue- The order was completely different then what i ordered
My order was
Item Name Quantity Price
Kaju Masala * ₹ ***
Gobi Parotta * ₹ **
Roti (* pc) * ₹ **
Item Total: ₹ ***.**
Delivery partner fee: ₹ **.**

What I received was
*. * Roti & * Paneer Sabji


What i tried
I reached Swiggy support & uploaded all the required pics and i get a reply from Swiggy an email is send and email says no refund can be processed for this order/
I reached out to delivery partner and after conversation of *-* min he says , sir its my mistake i did not take bill nor i checked order and brought it you complain with swiggy and do whatever you wish to do. ( This behaviour of Delivery agent is unacceptable) I have call recording with him if you wish to listen to it.

What i had to go through
*. No food, no support from swiggy on time nor i received any call back after raising a complaint.

Resolution i am expecting
Communication from right team to resolve this issue at the earliest, before i can take this to social media and action against the delivery boy
