Order# FN********** ( LEVIS - *** Lightly Washed Slim Fit Jeans ) is the order I placed on Ajio.com on *th of March, ****, it got delivered, when I opened it, it was not what I ordered, not the same product, not the same size, in fact the size on product and label were different and it seemed to be a used and first copy product, I immediately returned the product and mentioned it in comments while returning. I was waiting for the return to get processed, it was taking longer, but I didn't mind. Then I got a call from their very rude customer representative saying that this is not an Ajio product that I have returned, they have investigated and seen CCTV footage of packing it and as a last and final resort Ajio is sending me back the product and not issuing the refund. I tried to explain to him but since he was being rude, I knew there won't be any resolution there. So, I wrote to their customer support and grievance officer on **th of March, haven't received any response from them as well. Instead of improve and fixing their supply chain issues they are bullying me to accept a fake product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
