Hustle filed complaint against Swiggy on Apr 27, 2018
I ordered for desserts from a restaurant, they patched me with extra complimentary desserts which I didn't ask for nor. the order had * of those complimentary desserts and nothing I have ordered and paid for. When I asked for replacement, I was told the replacement would happen and then I get a call saying the restaurant ran out of stock. I wanted to talk to the manager, was promised a call in ** mins, didn't receive it after ** hours. Deeply disappointed with the service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
