Yogesh Dhandharia filed complaint against Airtel DTH on May 7, 2024
My name is Yogesh Dhandharia and I had raised a request for DTH installation from my registered Mobile number where there is already an Airtel Xstream Fiber service registered.
Airtel team contacted me on *th May **** and I clearly stated that the DTH service will be registered on my number and as I was out of Pune, I shared my father's number with them only for contact and access purpose as I was not in Pune.
Airtel team registered the DTH connection on my Father's mobile and now I cannot register my mobile number for ** days and due to this goofup by Airtel team I am unable to convert my account to Airtel Black
I asked for disconnection and refund which Airtel Nodal officer denied the refund which means at no fault of mine I have to suffer
I need help with either the mobile number gets updated or a complete refund
