Tried to book my favourite movie but received another movie ticket and mone lost. Cheated by bookmyshow. No good couster service.

Bookmyshow charged convenience fee which is illegal according to RBI. When I contacted customer care they responded by saying bookmyshow is bound by government rules but refused to provide supporting documents.
