Sushant Singh Chauhan filed complaint against bookmy show on Nov 2, 2022
I had booked * tickets of DOCTOR G on ** October. At that time my money was deducted from my account but tickets not booked. I called book my show customer care executive and told him everything about this. He told me that my refund will return in my bank account in ** to ** hours but ** oct to * Nov I didn't get my refund. I call several time but I do not get any confirmation about my refund. They said that there is a technical issue so my money has not come to in my account. I want my money back.

Bookmyshow charged convenience fee which is illegal according to RBI. When I contacted customer care they responded by saying bookmyshow is bound by government rules but refused to provide supporting documents.
