This is Pranaya Gupta from Kanpur. I had ordered A bluestar *.* Ton window inverter AC *W**GBTI on Tatacliq but when Technician installed it and it was started, it was found to be a normal AC *W**GBT . it is not an inverter AC. i am asking for the refund of balance amount between * models but they are not listening.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
