I have placed cash on delivery order of totta ** or D mobile lcd display touch screen digitizer on date ** Oct. order no OD****************** .When I get it delivered on *th nov. in the parcel I get ** or E mobile lcd display touch screen digitizer. I contact to flipkart customer care to replace it with ** or d .They told me to place replacement request.i placed replacement request .A courier person from delivery courier service pick up parcel from my destination on *th nov. and tell me may be it's not possible to replace.and today after a week flipkart closed my replacement request without asking me.So flipkart take my money **** rs and also take back wrong item they delivered to me.today in my order status they show that replacement cancelled by client which I have not done. Whenever I contact to flipkart customer support they told me to look into the matter ,but not resolve issue.
