This is for booking id HTLTAVEM**.
I booked the room for * people with all the * meals included. I paid for the same. But the voucher i received mentioned only breakfast and dinner. When i raise d the concern the person incharge wants me to share screenshots to prove me correct. Or else they don't want me to pay for the lunch which is *** pp plus taxes, which can be refunded if they find me correct.
The room price with all three meals included when i booked was around **** without taxes and **** after taxes. Now the prices have gone a bit high and the same room with all the meals is for **** without taxes and **** with taxes. The room with only breakfast and dinner included is till for **** inclusive of taxes. why was I charged **** for this room then in case i had booked this meal plan. they are not accepting the mistake.
The same room with all three meals is for **** on make my trip. they chared more than mmt and also did not provide the chosen meal plan. Should have never booked with goibibo.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
