I ordered a dark red linen saree and received a cream coloured bad quality saree from the seller. There is no option on the website to return the product or request for a refund. I tried posting a review on the product, but the admin rejected my review as well. I have seen multiple people complain about this seller being fake after I received the wrong product. I emailed the seller twice but haven't heard back even once. The address on the seller's facebook page is also wrong, as it's in the middle of water. I have attached the order details, the product I received, and email communications with the seller. Please help me get in touch with the seller to refund my payment.
