Ontheshop - Fake online store

I have placed order vide no. **** on **th Aug **** for DESIGNER MAUVE PURPLE COLOUR LINEN SAREE WITH GEORGETTE WORK DESIGN BLOUSE from Ontheshop Saree online portal but received a cheap plain orange colour saree . There is no way of contacting customer care even there is no return or refund option on website. When I tried to mark mail they have some setting of no incoming mails. So much fraud I believe it is and it's a loot n cheating. Pls do legal action against this company and ask for refund.
