BOOKING ID # JPS****QU booking at *:** pm, trying to locate the car for half an hour as the app was showing the wrong location, it was not even starting, I asked customer care to cancel the booking and they charged fully. No person to help me out for an hour, that's an excellent way to make money from customers. They took **** Rs to sit in breakdown car
