Praveen filed complaint against Dish TV on May 9, 2018
I have ordered a dish TV nxt hd connection through amazon on **th Feb worth Rupees **** and a local dishtv dealer contacted me for the appointment for the installation.And the issue starts here the technician came to my house for installation and as it was hd connection according to purchase he had to fix me a monoblock lnb. But he fixed me a single lnb and even during the installation he had the monoblock lnb with him.I several times confirmed with him that if its single lnb or monoblock lnb.But he said he was asked to fix Single lnb.
After a day or two i noticed that i was not able to watch hd channels.So i took the complaint to the dishtv customer service on **th of March and a complaint was raised but the dealer did not come to services it so i again called the customer care regarding it and after it the technician came on the *rd day he looked and he said he needed to change the lnb and asked me some amount and i told him that mine is hd connection how would a single lnb given instead of monoblock lnb.Then he said sorry sir and fixed me a monoblock lnb without any cost.
then i contacted the customer care of dish tv they told they would sort out the issue and tell me why the dealer fixed me a wrong product .But till date no proper resolution or the case has not been resolved yet for the past * months.
My issue that i need to get sourted out from the company why the issue is not ressolved and from the dealer why he fixed me wrong product at the first installation.
*) My main question is that if i had not had hd packs on the time of installation i would have not know that monoblock lnb was my product even after several times confirming with the Technician.
*)Since i am educated i noticed it that they have cheated me with wrong product installation.If i were or someothers who have brought this product is not educated they would have taught the product installed is the product they have ordered and would have been cheated from both dealer and company.
*)I am ready to return my dishtv connection with my proper refund if the company is not satisfied with me as customer.But the company has cheated me.
*)I need to know why he had fixed me single lnb instead of monoblock lnb which was my package.Even though he had the monoblock lnb in his bag on the first day of installation.
