I have ordered ASUS ROG STRIX G corei* *th gen *gbram *tb hdd+***gb ssd laptop on **th Oct ****. The delivery is supposed to be done on **nd Oct **** but it's delivered on the very next day **th Oct **** and instead of my ordered laptop there i found HP laptop box on opening the package.
I was dumbfounded and wanted see the laptop and it was an hp laptop normal education laptop ranged in **k. I wanted to return the product but it the return option is still not there for my order but the order status is already changed to delivered. I don't know what to do at this moment.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
