Swiggy - Wrong Items Received

I had ordered for a Breakup party eclair and Nutty Choco Donut, however, got some different donuts. I contacted Swiggy via chat and was promised a replacement, which i got in about ** minutes however, that was also wrong item. I again contacted Swiggy but was told that they can neither get me the correct order nor the refund. I mean this is really strange, i am being forced to pay for something that i never ordered. I think this is how they check consumers' stamina and harrass them, send the wrong order and then resend the wrong order, poor consumer will be tired the *nd time, and half of them will accept what they got and will stay quiet. I am really dissatisfied with their services and more than that the way customer support their refuse to help the consumers bluntly
