I got wrong items as whole from the zomato order, though I tried to contact the support soon, I couldnt reach them due to poor customer support from zomato. I have even sent mail to the order@zomato.com as they requested with both video and images as proof. they agree with the issue but wont refund the amount. I havent done anything wrong i dont understand why i should bear the loss for their mistake. The whole purpose is to provide the requested items but instead they deliver what ever they is not the way right.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
