I placed an order of Pongal and Mysore bajji from Babai Tiffins for my sick roommate and instead recieved a ghee Kharam idli and Uggani bajji. I did not know that the order was delivered at my doorstep and hence what I recieved was cold and inedible. I contacted customer care and they denied refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
