Amazon - Wrong item sent by amazon and they deny to replace refund

I have ordered SWAGTRON T* OFF-ROAD Hoverboard - **" Wheel, hoverboard from amazon on **.**.** worth Rs ***** through my icici bank credit card EMI. However in place of hoverboard , i have received bajaj heat convector from Amazon on **.**.** . On the same day i have contacted amazon they have shared the link to uplaod photos of product and i have uploaded photos of heat convector immediately.They told me to call on **.**.** . When i called them on **.**.** they refused to replace the item and told me that it is decesion of there investigation team.

I have again sent email to them on **.**.** morning after call attaching more pics of item received with box clearly showing that item is different but they have replied that investigation team has investigated the case and given non refund/replacement decision.

I am a Govt servent , Pls help in getting my hard earned money back .
