Flipkart - Wrong item send but not return or refund the product and also blocked the account

I am purchase a puma shoes on **/*****
And after received the shoes the shoes was wrong does not match with description and image they send me a local shoes
I am complain many time and talk to Flipkart agents they assured me they refund my money but always cancel my refund
After *th time complain they blocked my Flipkart account without any reason
And give a reason they could not refund my money because seller did not provide refund
My order number is OD******************
