Subject: Urgent: Complaint Regarding Order #*********** zara - Incorrect Product Received
I recently encountered a problem with my online order placed on **th May ****, with order number #***********
I had ordered three Zara perfumes, [ Zara night pour homme II + night pour homme II sport EDP ***ml Ref. ****/*** and night pour homme II ***ml Ref. ****/***].
However, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find that the contents were not what I had ordered. Instead of the Zara perfumes, I received a pair of shoes of Red Chief brand.
Naturally, I immediately reached out to your customer support team to address the issue. However, to my dismay, I was informed that there was supposedly no chance of receiving a non-Zara product as their team double-checks orders before dispatch.
Despite explaining the situation in detail and providing all necessary information, I was met with a dismissive response, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied.
As a loyal customer of Zara, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and resolution provided in this matter. This experience has not only caused inconvenience but also tarnished my trust in Zara's online shopping experience.
Since it appears that nothing done from zara end to rectify this error, I am seeking assistance from the consumer court to address this matter and ensure that appropriate action is taken.
I request you to take up this matter and help me to solve the issue
