It is to bring to your kind information that I had purchased a kitchen cabinet for my parents staying in Purnea, Bihar after paying a sum of Rs ****/- on May **, ****. The original deliver date was June **, ****. However it was delivered after ** days delay on June **, **** after regular followups and tortures , and soon free installation was provided by Flipkart on June **, **** and installation guy visited our place on June **, ****. For our surprise, the product that was delivered was wrong and not the same that i had ordered. So immediately I requested for replacement of the product. Sir, to my surprise that was the beginning of all the harassment. Since then I have been waiting for the genuine product to reach me. I have even requested Flipkart to refund the money if at all there is any problem in delivery after picking up the old wrong product. I have been mentally harassed by Flipkart, their logistic partner and the delivery channel. In view of the same, as a common citizen of India I hereby request you to help me in getting my hard earned money back and even penalize Flipkart team for their irresponsible behavior as a seller which has given me intense harassment.
