I had ordered Old Spice shaving cream "Original" on *nd October. Milkbasket delivered "Fresh Lime" instead. I raised the issue and be again ordered "Original" on *rd October. Milkbasket again delivered "Fresh Lime". I raised the issue again. I chatted with their customer care who advised me to keep these items at the door so that their delivery person will collect and after receiving the items back they will refund the money. I've been keeping the items at the door for three consecutive days but it was not picked up and nobody responds now. The issue is still raised and now I don't really know what to do
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
