Dear Milkbasket Team,

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your service.

After subscribing to a daily delivery of * liters of milk on May *st, the delivery failed on only the second day. While you commit to delivery before *:** AM, it is now **:** AM and today’s order has still not arrived.

This delay is unacceptable, as it resulted in my children going to school without breakfast. I have received no status updates regarding this delay despite the significant lapse in time.

Please address this immediately and ensure that such service failures do not recur.
