Milkbasket - Amount charged from my card but not deposited in my MilkBasketwallet

On Jan **, there were * transactions that I did using my icici bank credit card on the Milkbasket platform to refill my wallet. Both transactions of *k each failed and I chased Icici bank about both transactions where they confirmed that the merchant processed the amount.
After this, I contacted Milkbasket customer care and escalated the issue but I am not getting any positive response.
