I have ordered one ice cream but received different one , when I raised a query about it swiggy is not responding properly and asking to check restaurants reviews next time . My question is how come restaurant ratings matter when this kind of issues happened and why swiggy as a platform between customer and restaurant is not taking action for these kind of issues which will support restaurants to these kind of actions. I know they are already charging huge price compared to store prices for all items and again doing this kind of things from restaurant is too bad and the way swiggy reacts to this is not appropriate. I demand swiggy team to look this issue
