I ordered a milk chocolate waff-wich from Belgian waffle on swiggy.
However, the order I received, after *.* hours, was a dark chocolate normal waffle.
Moreover, the delivery man did not even have ** rupees change. When I tried to pay via an online mode, he only has PhonePe, not paytm or Google pay.
I not only received the wrong product, but I also paid extra.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
