Hi
I had ordered cheesecake fantasy icecream through swiggy from cold stone... Costed me Rs ***They delivered chocolate ice cream...I am allergic to chocolate...and I would never spend Rs*** for chocolate ice cream
When contacted swiggy to exchange the order or refund they are saying only sorry...Asking customer to understand...
It's very disappointing...
How can they ask customer to adjust for their fault...
They are neither sending the correct order nor refunding
