Zara - Wrong item delivered Returned but no refund

I had placed an order on Zara. However, the items I received were wrong.

So I first tried to reach customer care. The contact number provided did not work. The chat option was useless. There would be no action from the agents that were connected and the chat would automatically become disconnected if there is no response from the agent.

So, I raised a return request marking the reason as Wrong item. Today, I used to chat option to check status of my return. The response was that I have returned wrong items and hence, my return request cannot be processed. If I would have received the right items, I would never have had to return it.

This is extremely infuriating and unprofessional. I need to get my refund back.
