Sanal Cheruvathery filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 2, 2020
I bought a chimney from flipkart. The seller sent a different/cheaper model. The box mentions the correct model in it while the shipping label mentions the model I have paid for. The sellers's return conditions mention that they will replace wrong ite, clearly. Flipkart closed my replacement request saying that the seller refused replacement siting reason that the item was delivered intact, even after providing all the photos and other details they asked for. In phone calls, they say they have raised the priority and all. But email always repeats the same "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id XXXX with the product being intact."

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
