*st Nov ****, I had placed an order for a dress from club factory and accordingly the payment was made. Unfortunately, I received the ordered consignment on *th Nov ****. To my surprise I found a wrong item being delivered. I tried to return but as the order was in the Guest order category it did not show the return option. Even after the wrong delivery status wasn't updated and it was showing as estimated delivery is on Nov **th ****. I tried reaching customer care they forwarded me to support. With three days of conversation, they are still not able to understand my problem nor they are able to fix it. Generalised answers are thrown on me. They forwarded me the address and I returned the item as well but no refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
