Mongoosekart - Wrong item delivered and refund not issued

Dear sir,
I ordered the product code 'LC ***' from 'https://www.mongoosekart.com/' website on ****-**-**.
The product which I received is entirely different with the one displayed in the website. The dupatta material is completely different and of very poor material from the one displayed in their website. The design and embroidery works in the neck portion is completely different.
Since I received the wrong item with poor quality and no match in design and embroidery work, I messaged them in WhatsApp asking for refund or return and also tried giving return request through logging in to their website. They are not responding to any of them and have not contacted back even after seeing WhatsApp messages for which they responded previously until the order was made.
Please take my concern into consideration and kindly help to get the lost money refunded. I have attached all the necessary screenshots for proof below.
