I ordered a lehnga from this website, before ordering the product i chat with website executive on whatapp as they given the number on website for chat if any query we have.
I chat they said to me if order doesn't meet your expectation you can return the order so be assured and order the product.
when i received the product it was totally different that showing in the website, even color also totally different and then i asked them to return the product as this is very different and cheap quality.
very next day i messaged on whatsapp that what is the status of my return request, they said we will not return your product and blocked me on whatsapp.
I tried to contact them with different number and they did the same blocked that number too.
I email * times and there is no reply from their side.
Please help me to return my order.
