I ordered a product on dated **-Feb-**** named as "Golden Zari Sequence Net Suit" for Rs **** from "Mongoosekart.com",
I have received a completely different product on *th-Mar-****. The product which I ordered and the product which I received is entirely different. As per "Mongoosekart.com" for return policy customer has to initiate return or replacement request within * days of receiving the product. I initiated the return request within the timeline but still no one from Mongoosekart taking care of my return request.
Please find the attached screenshot for ordered product, received product and payment details, return policy snapshot as well as email proof for return request. Can you please look into the issue and do the needful.
