Hi Sir/Mam,
My name is Athira and i am residing in dubai. I have ordered a saree for my mother from the instagram page Softsilk_sarees for rs **** and i got a totally different color with poor quality saree. And when i am asking for a return /exchange, they are claiming that there are no difference in the color and they cant return or exchange.
