Hi Sir/Mam,
My name is Athira and i am residing in dubai. I have ordered a saree for my mother from the instagram page Softsilk_sarees for rs **** and i got a totally different color with poor quality saree. And when i am asking for a return /exchange, they are claiming that there are no difference in the color and they cant return or exchange.
Attaching is the screenshot of the saree they have shown vs we received. Please do the needful.
