Soft silk sarees - Cheating in quality and no refund no response

The saree quality shown at online portal is different from the quality that is delivered. I am asking for refund from WhatsApp to this number **********. The person is not responding. When I messaged from diff number she is responding and immediately disconnected call once I asked for refund.
