Soft silk sarees - Faulty wong delivery of ordered item

I had ordered a classy look cream and red colored soft silk saree for Durga Pujas from the said company from their Facebook advertisement on September *, ****. I took delivery of their parcel after paying through my debit card on September *. ****. Upon opening parcel, I was shocked to find a black and white check synthetic saree not even worth Rs. ***. I tried contacting party on number provided in delivery parcel, but it is permanently switched off. I then went to their website and lodged an online complaint as well as sent many messages to them on Whatsapp to a number listed on their website. They initially thought I was ringing them for order and asked me for sari details. But when they saw my complaint of faulty delivery, they never responded nor did they take my whatsapp calls. I have been trying to contact them, but like all fraudulent and flybynight operators, they do not take calls after supplying subgrade, faulty and wrong products.
