I have ordered a Egg Chowmin and Fish Fry. I got Veg Rice in return. When I asked customer executive officer, they misbehaved me completely. Firstly they told they can give **rs refund coupan, next they told they can only issue **rs. As if it's not compensation, as if I am a beggers. My last few orders with Swiggy went terrible with wrong item or damaged items. The quality of the food is going poor day by day. I am just disgusted with this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
