Purplle .com - Wrong item delivered and denying refund

We have ordered * products from purplle app and * wrong products get delivered. The products which we ordered was *. Faces canada magnetic eyes kajal black *. L'Oreal paris shampoo *. L'Oreal paris conditioner. They have added one extra product Dermdoc gluta shield sunscreen lotion also with this free of cost. The packet delivered on *th July. After opening the product we got to know that instead of sending the above products they have sent us Nivea water lilly oil and Mee Mee baby oil in the pack. Immediately I have informed them and made a return request. Nobody from purplle side bother to ask the details or interfere in this. * days they have wasted and I somehow found their email address and started complaining about this, they addressed the issue. I have sent all the pictures they were requested and I lost my patience. Today they are sending a mail and denying my return request and refund telling that as per their policy they cannot refund it. What kind of business is this? Cheating public and looting their money in day light. I have all the records, emails, photos with us.
