hi this is to inform that i order * items from purplle app on **th of september , i received my order on **st september ..i received a near to expiry product from purplle ..the product name was glamrs fuzz off worth rs *** ..the expiry date on the product was october ****...i rasied return request in purplle customer care via email and after so many calls and chats and sharing images with them ..they raised return request for the same and product was taken from me on **rd of september in morning...and from **rd sep till **th sep .. i was calling them & they said the product is in transit ...we ll refund after the product reached and from **th september none of there numbers are reachable ...all the numbers are going busy and engage ..i have also chat with there customer support, everytime they we ll initiate call for you ....you ll recieve call in * - * hours but i never receive even a single call from them... they are really pathetic ...i seriously regretting after ordering from them ...i would request to please do the needful asap and reimburse money from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
