Purplle .com - Product missing accessories missing

On ** September ****, I placed an order for * items from purplle.com. The order was scheduled to be delivered on ** September ****. Upon opening the package, I found that * items were missing.
I immediately contacted purplle customer support, who informed me that they would investigate the matter and respond within * days. However, after * days, they informed me that they had completed their investigation and found that they had dispatched all of my items correctly. Therefore, they were unable to help me in this regard.
I am very disappointed with the response from purplle customer support. I have all the necessary documentation to support my claim, including the order confirmation email, the delivery receipt, and photos of the package contents.
I am requesting the National Consumer Helpline to intervene in this matter and help me to resolve the issue. I would like to receive either a refund for the missing items or a replacement shipment.
