I ordered Pepe jeans from Ajio. They delivered the wrong item to which I filed return request. They asked to send mail with snaps of the order id, tag etc. to which I complied. They came and took away the product and now they call me and say that I have sent T-shirt instead of jeans and refuse to refund my money back.
On my defence I asked them that
how delivery guy took away product if it was not the same. To this they say that they are sorry but can't do anything
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
