I received wrong order.
I ordered for *) Boneless Chicken and *) Chicken Patiala; Total cost Rs. ***. Whereas I received *) Chana Masala and *) Roti.
I complain about it on Swiggy Mobile App. Also discuss over phone with Swiggy custome care. Finally, I wrote email to Swiggy.
Now after * days, Swiggy asking me to send the image of food.
The wrong parcel was returned back to the delivery man and hence I don’t have any image of parcel.
I have image of wrong order bill, which was there with parcel, which I already shared to Swiggy.
I want my full refund of Rs. ***.
Till date no refund received and no positive response from Swiggy.
It was a very bad experience for me. Not happy at all. Swiggy is Very unprofessional.
