Hello I have ordered intel I*-***** processor from Flipkart on **-**-**** for ***** rupees (order id: OD****************** ) But I got intel I*-**** processor In I*-***** processor box Additionally, there was no processor box seal and invoice copy I felt something is suspicious from seller side and Immediately I have informed to the customer care and they have initiated return request But no one came for the return pickup On next day, I have escalated to the Flipkart top level management for further investigation On the same day I got a call from a person stating that her name is Charu and she is from the flipkart senior escalation team She asked to submit some images as per the flipkart regulations I have uploaded all the images as per the requirement Still there is no resolution from the flipkart end In this case I am requesting to take the product back and initiate my refund immediately Attached all the images and downloaded invoice copy from flipkart Additionally, requesting to take the serious action against on the seller Thank you
