Chocotown - Wrong item delivered

I had ordered a Ferrero rocher chocolate box worth ₹***, with additional ₹*** delivery charges (total ₹***) pepaid on **/*/** and received a Nescafe coffee powder pack instead on */*/**. To contact them back on wrong item received, they are not replying to e-mail ID provided, phone number is switched off and there's no other means on the website for return/refund. Chocotown is a fraudulent website!

I ordered chocolates worth **** rupees and have received * bottles of davidoff coffee and an expired jar of lotus biscoff spread. Their email id does not exist and mobile phone is turned off.
