Shopclues - Wrong item deliver

I had ordered a shoe pair from shopclue but it had some issue which I wanted to return due to a problem and it was also confirmed by the shopclues that they would send someone to pick up the order. They were supposed to come on *st of March **** but still, I have not received any support from shopclues. Even though I tried many times to contact them but they did not answer my calls. Need urgent support.
